Don Wilson did an excellent job taking the time to answer all of our questions from me and my wife Joan that is a big deal to us the entire staff treated us awesome thank you for making our new camper purchase possible.

Josh came to our home (45 miles away from Brown's) and helped us complete the manual override of one of our vehicle's slide-outs. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job quickly. Kim was the advisor who we dealt with on the phone who helped set up our appointment date as well as taking care of our payment. She likewise was very friendly. We are selling our current RV, but if/when we are back in the market to purchase another camper, we will head to Brown's first.

I dont normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to! The service department at Browns RV is amazing. We needed a few repairs on our travel trailer. We bought it used with an extended warranty so I was very nervous to use this for the first time. Kim and Laura In the RV department went above and beyond in helping us with everything we needed. The work was done great and fast! Cant thank them enough. So happy that our extended warranty was bought through them, now we have peace of mind if anything ever goes wrong again!

Stopped by to look at 2018 Escapes and were disappointed that the changed body shape took away packing space. Sales rep suggested we look at a 2015 Edge which is the next largest SUV and the 2018 has the same size cargo space. We took it for a test drive, checked it out with some of our camping equipment and it was great. This model was 3 yrs old but had low mileage and was in terrific shape. So we went back to Browns and made a deal. Just drove her home and are sure we will be very happy. We have used Browns for service on previous Fords and this is the second purchase. Have always had great service from everyone there.

We were looking for a truck. Scott and Grant treated us exceptionally well. They were patient with us as were were trying to make the right decision. Scott showed us many trucks to test drive. Customer Service was a 10 all way. One of the reasons we bought the truck.

I was looking on line at ford F150 pickups and spotted one that I liked. Chatted with a lady on the computer she was very helpful with the questions I asked her. So I took a drive to Browns got there at closing time but Jeff told us to take the truck for drive. I did a lot of texting with Jeff and Grant they both went way out of there to help me in purchasing this truck. I would recommend them to others.

Enjoyable car buying experience. Jim our salesman was very helpful and let us drive several vehicles to zero in on the right one for us. Finance people were great too. The dealership owner checked in twice while we were there to see how the selection process was going.

Through friends and family we have purchased at least eight vehicles through Browns. Great service and great people. Jeff and Grant respected us and did whatever they could to get us where we wanted to be with price and product. We highly recommend them if you are searching for a vehicle!!!

I just bought my second truck form Brown's. Though is was 17 years between the service and attention I got was outstanding. I was treated fairly and the process went very smooth. I can help but appreciate all the effort they put forth so I was able to take the truck of my choice home the same day. With a little luck maybe this truck will last as long.
